AJs was quick to dispatch a tech and I was kept informed on expected arrival times which was nice. Brian, the technician assigned to my call was tentative and professional. He listened to my concerns and tried several times to replicate the intermittent issue. He made several checks and came up with a temporary safeguard solution to keep the unit online until the new compressor arrives. This unit is only 1-1/2 years old and already a sticky compressor???? This is where the product support comes into play and so far AJs heating and cooling and Brian are taking care of it with good service.

I've used AJ's for the second time now bc my air wasn't working. Two things needed fixing & Bryan the tech guy, fixed them quickly. He gave great advice for the future & what to look for & how to approach the lesser of 2 evils that I could correct myself. I appreciated his knowledge & such professionalism. He made sure ALL my questions were answered before he left. I'll continue to use this business just because of their comparable pricing & their thoroughness. I definitely recommend AJ's to anyone on the fence concerning their heating & A/C issues. In my experience, things were done correct the first time. Never had to call them back to fix the same or others problems. You'll be so happy you went with them!!

This is the second time I've used AJ's. Such pleasant people. We had Bryan again today the tech & he gave us ideas for up keep in the future. Didn't try to do extra things that'd cost me more money that I didn't need. I appreciated that! He was extremely knowledgeable & so nice. He quickly fixed the issues & checked on everything to make sure it'd run smoothly & told us what to look out for. The cost was average & comparable. I'll definitely use them again.

Taylor came out right on time for our yearly Preventative Maintenance. He did a thorough job checking and cleaning the indoor and outdoor units of our 2 Heat Pump systems. He cleaned quite a bit of gunk out the upstairs A/C drain! He also replaced the upstairs air filter. AJ did change their pricing, but they are still reasonable for the quality work they do. They are very trustworthy and reliable. We recommend AJ to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

This company has top notch service and great products. My house has never felt better! Its great coming home to a cool room temperature and being able to relax after a long day at work. I highly recommend them to do your work!!!!

I had a new heat pump installed by AJ, prompt and professional service. I asked for several quotes from Alex to compare different models and levels of efficiency. The quotes were as good or better than several other companies. Very happy with the installation and clean up.

Shot Alex a message after hours due to a sudden problem with our ac unit. He said see you tomorrow and sent someone out the next day. Young man that came was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful, and had it fixed in less than an hour. Great company and have known Alex literally his entire life and would highly recommend this company for any project big or small!

If you need honest help who will not try to over sale then us Aj. They are honest fair and all around great people. Any time talk of ac/ heat I tell people call these guys. I have an old house old system was told twice could not b fixed got spend 6k new system. Aj came looked at it put in a little part and we had heat. This was Christmas Eve also

We had a complete new HVAC System installed by this company and they did a phenomenal job. They were completely professional and I had an issue come up with the thermostat and it was fixed within hours of calling the same day. Highly recommend.

Alex, Adam, Bryan have all been wonderful to work with. They performed a new construction installation for us in 2022, was extremely responsive when we needed service, and have been very prompt and through with our annual preventative maintenance program.
